Stamping and bending

We manufacture stamping, bending and wire bending components for
mechanical connecting elements and electrical contacting.

The procedure comprises modular follow-on composite tools for
complex bendings up to a size of 800 mm as well as the high-speed
automatic punching machine for leg springs.

Used materials are all non-ferrous metals like Cu, CuSn, CuZn, CuBe
and aluminium. Steel procession in all qualities from FeP01A to
QSTE500. We work in a strip thickness from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm to a
width of 150 mm on machines manufactured by Mabu, Raster and
Schaal up to 80 t. Wire processing for spring steel wire DIN 17223 up to 2.0 mm or brass and bronze wire up to 1.2 mm.
